How long do I have to wait for delivery?
Between 3 and 6 weeks depending on the quantity and intricacy of design.Every piece of the Isabel Collection is hand crafted and hand painted. As soon as your order has arrived in the UK we shall endeavour to deliver on the same day if possible or within 3 to 4 days thereafter. Delivery costs are included in our prices.
Do you supply replacement pieces?
Yes!.
Why do I need personalised tableware?
Good question. Most people would say it is about identity. Giving a wedding present which has been cutomised for the recipient shows you have taken extra care to make the present special;and having your own personalised tableware suggests you are concerned about the image and identity of your family. The same goes with companies and other organisations.
A personalised gift for a special event always goes down well with the recipient. Golf days are an example.
